Exchange/ Return Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. The Return and Exchange/Refund policy is designed to facilitate the smooth processing of all exchange/return requests. Please have faith and bear with us as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

  1. Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
  2. Please note that it may take 5-6 working days to process your request.
  3. Shipping Charges will not be refunded in case of a return.
  4. We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
  5. Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
